TEMPORABILIA
progetto speciale 2010-2011

TEMPORABILIA è un “luogo” sospeso in cui agiscono cinque interpreti adulti e un gruppo di bambini. Mentre gli adulti si muovono in un flusso di detriti verbali e gestuali, tra cui riconoscono ricordi, sogni e aspettative della contemporaneità, i bambini di TEMPORABILIA costruiscono, propongono cambiamenti di direzione, risolvono. In controtendenza rispetto ad un mondo e ad un teatro urlato, dichiarato, esibito, TEMPORABILIA è un progetto che coinvolge luoghi e bambini diversi per creare connessioni fra Danza/Teatro/Comunità e offrire uno sguardo innamorato del mondo e fiducioso in “un’utopia pratica e riformista” (Marc Augé, Che fine ha fatto il futuro. Dai non luoghi al non tempo, Elèuthera, Milano, 2010).

Buon Peso

In Liguria the expression “buon peso” (good weight) is used to indicate an abundant measure advantageous for the buyer. In this sense, to make “buon peso” could also mean to meet each other in the middle, half a way, and the market place has always been a popular meeting point. Symbol and medium of this transmission of foods, contacts, rubbish and informations is the plastic bag: this industrial object, as a sort of pop icon, becomes the instrument of a poetic communication which involves artists and audience.
Starting from this assumption, Nari e Frangioni (Associazione Culturale Ubidanza) propose a surrealistic and ironic performance to suggest an eco message inviting at being responsible towards the environment and affirming that creativity is a strategy of surviving.

x4men - performen

X4men-performen is a solo choreographic action dealing with impulses coming from dance, art of sword and literature. Troughout four performatives “stations”, I tried to focus on some cliché of male imaginary, passing trough four different characters: a modern Captain of Italian Art Comedy, a unconvinced break dancer, a sort of mambo dancer and … just a wonderful pink sweater!

Formaline

The title contains my name: Form+Aline and it's a work upon form. Formaline is also a chemical substance which turns organic life into inorganic world and I was interested in the idea of fixing things in their start which leads us to make your own personal anthology. Formaline is also an ironic reflection upon the solo dance form: “Good evening ladies and gentlemen! This evening's programme is ME.”

Air Suite

Air suite is a coreographic pièce in which dance and theatrical play are melt to tell a sort of pop tale of love and loneliness with intimistic or clearly surrealisric tones: a birthday party, two characters, armed and vulnerable, all in one room, all in one night. Playing with narrative elements, always challenging between doubt and certitude, air suite talks with a direct and spontaneus language about that fragile and necessary moment in which we live the dream of happiness.

Gelo Rosa: elettrodomestici uno

The fridge is a simbol, a fetish, only rubbish or a starting point for extra- ordinary adventure that deals with hope and fear that keeps our emotions almost frozen, like food in a fridge. It's a serious game in which things are thrown out of their supposed inertia to tell us fragments of dreams and stories, places where habits and obviousness are just new occasions. GELO ROSA it's a smile dying on your lips.

Danze minute

The DANZE MINUTE project was born from the desire to try to establish through the movement a communication as much direct and personal as possible. It is an invitation for an occasion of brief but intense dialogue between dancer and spectator and an experiment on the minimal elements of the form-show.

A reflection on the relationship between dance and town, public space and private space: the interior of the house as a minimal declination of the urban landscape, a place where different borders can be experimented, always trying to set a personal communication between dancer and audience.
